Job description Accounting position for M&A work and financial statement preparation

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements for public companies.
  • Assist in preparing the schedules for general ledger accounts and consolidated worksheets.
  • Reconciling company bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers

Job Requirements:

  • Accounting or Business Degree
  • Familiar with accounting rules and procedures, including PCAOB accounting standards
  • 3 – 5 years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
  • Strong Excel and Word skills
  • Familiar with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Peachtree, and other proprietary accounting software

Additional plus:

  • Bilingual (Mandarin, Cantonese)
  • Audit experience
