Tracy Luo, MS, graduated from the University of North Carolina with a Master’s degree in Economics. Tracy regularly assists publicly traded companies with their financial statement reporting obligations and periodic compliance filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Tracy has also assisted numerous clients with the conversion of their financial reporting systems, including the preparation of their pro forma and projected financial statements. Tracy is a member of the SPAC team at Greentree and she has had a significant role in several de-SPAC transactions. Tracy has also recently served as the CFO on two $100 million+ SPAC’s.  Tracy is a licensed CPA and is knowledgeable in U.S. and Chinese GAAP and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
