Accounting position for M&A work and financial statement preparation
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in preparing financial statements for public companies. Assist in preparing the schedules for general ledger accounts and consolidated worksheets. Reconciling company bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers Job Requirements: Accounting or Business Degree Familiar with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, as well as PCAOB auditing standards 3 – 5 years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience Strong Excel and Word skills Familiar with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Peachtree, and other proprietary accounting software Additional plus: Bilingual (Mandarin, Cantonese) Audit experienceAPPLY NOW
